It All Started at Birth

I'm not sure where to begin. Since birth I have battled my body. I was born with a VSD ( Ventricular septal defect). After being released from the hospital, I developed a severe infection which landed me back in the hospital for several weeks. From then on, all I've known, was that I was in a battle against my body. But anyone who knows me, knows I am one heck of a fighter. Being 43 this year with all the battles I've had my entire life, has made me the fighter I am today. This is just the beginning of my story.
